For anything about your personal data, write to or by post to our registered address. ## [What data we collect](https://hoxger.com/en/legal/privacy#what-data-we-collect) Through the contact form we collect: - your name, - your email address, - your company name, if you give it, - your answers to the questions about the project, such as its kind, budget and timing, - your project description, if you write one, - where you came to the site from: the address of the page that linked here and campaign parameters from the link, such as utm_source or ref, if the address had them. We read the source of the visit from the page address when you arrive and keep it only in the open tab's memory, without storing anything in your browser. It reaches us only with a sent form, so we know where enquiries come from. Along with the message we store the language of the page it was sent from, so we can reply in the same language. Giving us your data is voluntary, but without your name and email address we can't reply. ## [Why we process it](https://hoxger.com/en/legal/privacy#why-we-process-it) **To reply to your message and prepare a quote.** The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and, when you write on behalf of a company, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. **To confirm your message reached us.** After you send the form, we email you a short note with the answers you chose, without your description. The legal basis is the same as for replying to your message. **To establish, pursue or defend legal claims.** The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. TypeSafe AI's Jev model, described below, rates whether an enquiry fits what we do and whether it is spam. The rating only helps us sort our inbox: we read every enquiry ourselves. When an enquiry looks like spam, we don't send the confirmation email. We don't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. ## [Who we share it with](https://hoxger.com/en/legal/privacy#who-we-share-it-with) **Resend, Inc.** delivers messages from the form to our inbox and sends you the confirmation email. The company is based in the United States, so the data leaves the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. **TypeSafe AI, Inc.** provides the Jev model, which analyses the project description and the answers chosen in the form, to suggest follow-up questions and assess the enquiry. The same model matches a question typed into the “Ask in your own words” field to an answer from our site. We don't store the question or link it to you. We do not share your name, email address or company with it, so it only receives what you write about the project itself. Please don't put personal data you don't want to share into the description. TypeSafe doesn't train its models on this content, deletes it as soon as it has responded (keeping only billing and usage data), and passes it only to its own subprocessors, listed at [trust.typesafe.ai/subprocessors](https://trust.typesafe.ai/subprocessors). The company is based in the United States and processes the data there, so it leaves the European Economic Area. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Even so, we send it only what you write about the project, without data that identifies you. **Our email provider** stores the messages we receive. **The servers this site runs on** keep logs with your IP address and browser details. We use them only to protect the site from attacks and to find the causes of errors. We don't sell data and we don't share it with anyone for marketing. ## [How long we keep it](https://hoxger.com/en/legal/privacy#how-long-we-keep-it) We keep your message for as long as we are talking about the project. If we don't sign a contract, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we do sign a contract, we keep the data for as long as it runs, then until the limitation periods for claims and the periods tax law requires us to keep records have passed. ## [Your rights](https://hoxger.com/en/legal/privacy#your-rights) You have the right to: - access your data and get a copy, - have it corrected, - have it erased, - restrict its processing, - data portability, - object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use any of them, write to us. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, or with the authority in your country. ## [Cookies](https://hoxger.com/en/legal/privacy#cookies) The site uses no analytics or advertising tools and doesn't track you across sites. The language comes from the page address, and the theme by default from your system settings. If you switch the theme to light or dark yourself, we remember that choice in a cookie and in your browser's storage, so the site looks the same on your next visit.
